Oregano and Cheddar Cheese Breadsticks

Ingredients
- 100 gms Brown Bread
- 3 gms yeast
- 10 gms Sugar
- 10 gms butter (or ghee)
- 20 gms Cheese Slices
- 2 tsp oregano
- 40 ml Water
- 10 ml Olive Oil

In a bowl, mix sugar, water and yeast and let it bloom fully.

In another bowl, add the dry ingredients and yeast and start kneading the dough.

Add in the water, oil, butter and cheese and knead a soft dough.

Proof the dough for 60 minutes and knock out the air post that.

Divide the dough in balls and roll them as breadsticks and grate cheddar cheese on them.

Bake at 150℃ for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
