For this recipe, we will need use 24 pieces of oreo biscuits and 4 tbsp of melted butter.
Crush the oreo biscuits and add melted butter to it.
Mix and spread on the mould over the layered parchment paper. Refrigerate for around 15 minutes to let it set.
In a mixing bowl, take 400 grams of cream cheese and blend till smooth. Add 400 ml heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1/2 cup sugar.
Beat them until well combined.
Break 8-10 oreos and add in.
Pour the filling over the chilled cookie crust and spread evenly. Add some crushed oreos on top.
Chill for more than 4 hours.
Once set cut into bars and Enjoy
