Ingredients
- 8 small Raw potatoes
- 1 and a half cups Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls)
- 4 Green Chilies

Instructions

Peel and grate the raw potatoes using a thin hole grater.

Wash the Sabudana in water, rubbing it with light hands, 3-4 times until the extra starch comes out completely.

Soak the grated potatoes and washed Sabudana in water for 5 minutes.

Drain the excess water and mix with green chilies, curry leaves, ginger paste, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, rock salt, coriander, peanut powder, and Rajgira Kaanta.

Mix well until a good binding is achieved.
