Mushroom Ricotta Ravioli | How to make Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic - 4 cl
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 225 ml Water
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 200 gm mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 1 salt

Instructions

    Make the dough and wrap with cellophane and store for 40 minutes.

    Make filling by adding olive oil to pan, garlic then mushrooms and spinach.

    Let it cool and then add the cheeses, some salt, pepper and basil.

    Then you use the dough to roll it into sheets add filling in between, cut out edges and fold it making sure there are no air bubbles.

    Boil water in a pot and add the raviolis( refrigerate it so it doesnt break)

    Use another pan & add butter, finely chopped garlic, chilli flakes, thyme and then add the raviolis to it.

    Once cooked, serve.
