Ingredients
- 5 clove garlic - 4 cl
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Chiranjee
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 0.5 tsp brown sugar
- 2 Green Onion -100 grams
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 0.25 cup basil
- 2 Dry red chillies

Instructions

Heat some sesame oil in a pan. Add the ginger and garlic and chillies.

Add the mushrooms and brown

Combine the sugar and soy sauces in a bowl.

Add the sauce, half of the basil and some salt to taste to the pan.

Add spring onions towards the end. Do not overcook.

Sprinkle over the white sesame seeds and some more basil.
