2 cloves garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
1 cup kidney beans (Buy here)
2 onion
0.5 pepper green bell pepper
1 red chile peppers
3 tbsp tomato puree

1 tbsp olive oil (Buy here)
0.25 cup fresh coriander leaves
2 cups rice
0.5 cup coriander
0.5 cup parsley
2 tbsp butter (Buy here)
1 tsp sea-salt
Mexican Beans Recipe
In a deep saucepan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Saute the onions and garlic.
Pierce the red chilli and add. Add the peppers and cook.
Add the fresh tomatoes and tomato puree, beans, salt and pepper, oregano, cumin and a half cup of water. Let it come to a boil and simmer until thick.
Add the corn.
Take off heat and add fresh coriander. Serve with fresh avocado slices and herb rice.
