Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic - 4 cl
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 2 Tomato
- 2 Onions
- 0.5 pepper green bell pepper
- 0.5 cup Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls)
- 0.25 cup Cumin powder
- 2 cups Rice flour
- 2 tbsp butter (or ghee)
- 3 tbsp Tomato
- 0.5 cup coriander leaves
- 0.5 cup coriander powder
- 1 Dry red chillies
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp salt

In a deep saucepan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Saute the onions and garlic.

Pierce the red chilli and add. Add the peppers and cook.

Add the fresh tomatoes and tomato puree, beans, salt and pepper, oregano, cumin and a half cup of water. Let it come to a boil and simmer until thick.

Add the corn.

Take off heat and add fresh coriander. Serve with fresh avocado slices and herb rice.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan and cook the onion and add half the herbs.

Season well. Add in the rice and toss together

Add the remaining herbs and butter.
