In a bowl, add 1/2 cup boiled and completely mashed rajma(Kidney Beans) , 3 boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes. To this add 1/2 tbsp mexican seasoning, 1 tbsp paprika powder, 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt as per taste. Mix well and form balls.
Dip them individually in maida slurry (water and all-purpose flour mixture) and coat them with breadcrumbs
Deep fry the balls until golden brown and enjoy with ketchup or mayonnaise !
