
Masala Oats | Healthy Tasty Masala Oats

Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1 Onions
- 0.25 cup Green peas
- 0.25 cup Capsicum
- 0.5 tsp Spinach
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup oats
- 1 Tomato
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.25 tsp coriander powder
- 1.5 tsp Cumin seeds
- 0.5 tsp coriander powder
Instructions

In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) and 1 medium sized onion finely chopped. Sauté for 2 mins, then add 1 medium sized finely chopped tomato and mash while stirring.

Add 1/4 cup boiled peas and 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum. Sauté for a minute and then cover and cook for another minute.

Once the veggies are cooked add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and salt as per taste and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp water and mix well. Then add 1 cup oats @bagrrys and mix well. Add 3 cups of water, mix and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Once the oats absorb the water, garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
