Ingredients

- 1 liters milk

Boil the milk on high flame for 30 minutes, stirring every half hour.

Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 12-15 minutes or until thickened. Stir every 2 minutes.

Add sugar (1/4 cup or 50g) and cook for 4-5 minutes more.

Let it cool down completely (about an hour).

Blend mango pulp with milk in a blender.

Fill kulfi molds or bowls, tap gently to remove air pockets.

Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.
