Take 1 cup semolina in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup mango pulp to it.
Mix everything well
Add 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda and 1 tbsp ghee to the batter and mix everything well.
Grease the cake mould with ghee and sprinkle some maida. Pour in the batter and top with some chopped dry fruits.
Bake at 180° for 30 mins.
