Mango Cake | How to make Mango Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/2 cup soya chunks
  • 1 tsp ghee/oil
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Brown Bread
  • 1 cup milk powder

Instructions

    Mix 1 cup rava + 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1 cup milk + 1/2 cup mango pulp in a mixing bowl .

    Mix well and then add 1 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp baking soda and 1tbsp ghee.

    Grease the cake mould with ghee and sprinkle some maida.

  4. 4

    Pour in the batter and top with some chopped dry fruits. Bake at 180° for 30 mins.
