Ingredients

  • 55 gms butter (or ghee)
  • 55 gms Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 90 gms hazelnut flour
  • 90 gms Brown Bread
  • 30 ml milk powder

Instructions

    Cream butter and sugar together till light and fluffy and add vanilla essence, mix well.

    Add in the dry ingredients and mix well.

    Add the milk to form a dough.

    Refrigerate the dough for 2-3 hours, then roll out and cut the cookies using a cookie cutter.

    Bake the cookies at 150℃ for 8-10 minutes.

    Cool down the cookies and pipe the filling (filling can be strawberry jam, chocolate ganache, Nutella) the center and sandwich the cookies.
