Ingredients
- 1 cup masoor
- 1 cup millets
- 0.5 cup Green Onion -100 grams
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice - 1
- 0.5 tsp dijon mustard
- 0.5 cups red carrots
- 0.5 cups kasoori methi
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 cup Cashews - 18 to 20
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil

In a bowl, combine the lentils, quinoa, carrots, spring onions and basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing. Combine half the dressing with the salad mix and let it soak for an hour or so in the fridge. Save some dressing for later

Before serving, add some more dressing, nuts and seeds and serve.
