Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh corn
  • 5-6 cloves garlic - 4 cl

  • 1.5 cups Brown Bread
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 1 cup Cheese Slices
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 lasagna sheets
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 basil
  • 7-8 Tomato
  • 1/2 cup salt

Instructions

    Red sauce- Boil the tomatoes and mirch , peel tomatoes , churn it in a mixer until it is a puree, then add salt pepper and chopped basil leaves and oregano

    White sauce Add butter to a pan then add all purpose flour until it turns golden then slowly pour the milk wait for it to thicken, add chopped spinach, salt, pepper and oregano wait for it to cool down

    Stir fry veggies - add all the the above said vegetables in a pan and stir fry with olive oil.

    Preperation of lasagna sheets - boil the water in a pot add salt and oil then place 2-3 sheets caution Dont add more than that because the sheets can stick to each other Once the sheets are cooked, place them on a plate covered with cellophane paper ( to avoid the sheets from sticking to each other)

    Layering- Finally gather all the ingredients then take a square glass bowl Layer- Pour the red sauce and white sauce generously then add the stir fried vegetables then gently place the lasagna sheets Repeat the layer 3 times and then add a generous layer of cheese and garnish with basil leaves Now place in the oven for about 20 minutes on 180- 200 degrees Now the delectable lasagna you have been craving is ready to be eaten
