Ingredients
- 120 gms butter (or ghee)
- 110 gms Sugar
- 100 gms Curds (yogurt)
- 75 gms Brown Bread
- 25 gms almonds and pistachios - 1
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 45 gms Almonds
- 20 gms kahwa powder

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add to the butter sugar mix.

Add in the yogurt and chopped almonds to the batter and mix well.

Pour the batter to cupcake moulds and bake them at 170℃ for 15-18 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes clean.

Top the cupcakes with honey and almond flakes.
