Ingredients
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 2 tsp Dry red chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 4 tbsp Mustard oil
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
- 3 tsp mango powder
- 1 Raw potatoes
- 1 Ginger
- 1 tsp salt

Heat a pan and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds. Fry these spices for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add coriander seeds, dry red chilli seeds, green chilies, ginger, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and grind them without adding water.

Heat the pan with mustard oil, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, asafoetida and fry until spices are well fried.

Add boiled potatoes, salt and mango powder. Fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Turn off the gas and sprinkle chopped coriander.
