
Immunity Booster Drink

We all need to improve our immunity at this point. This immunity booster is extremely simple to make and will help you keep your immunity up. This drink is made using the everyday spices we all use in our homes which includes coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel, black pepper, fenugreek, cloves, cardomom etc. Please try this recipe and let us know what do you feel
Ingredients
- 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
- 10 Fennel Seeds
- 1 full fat milk
- 1 Cinnamon - 1 small piece
- 6 Clove
- 6 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 4 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
Instructions

For this recipe, we will need 6 tbsp Coriander seeds, 4 tbsp Cumin seeds, 2 tbsp Fennel seeds, 1 tbsp Black pepper corn, 1 tsp Methi seeds, 6 Cloves , 10 Cardamom, 2 Cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger powder

Add all the ingredients to a pan.

Mix everything together and dry roast for a couple of minutes on low flame. Do not overcook or else the spices might burn.

Remove the mixture in a bowl and let the it cool down. It should take about 10 min for the mixture to cool down completely.

Add the mixture to a blender

Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger powder to the mixture.

Grind everything to form a fine powder

Store the powder in jar. You can use it for month.

Take 2 cups of water in pan and start heating it on high flame.

Add 2 tsp of the powder that we created to the water.

Add 1 tbsp jaggery to the mixture.

Boil the drink for a couple of minutes.

Use a strainer to filter the drink. You can skip this step as well.

Your drink is ready. Have it in the morning and evening as it will help you up your immunity.
