Hot Chocolate | How to make Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 125 gms Fresh cream - 1 half cup
- 75 gms dark chocolate
- 50 gms Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon - 1 small piece
- 300 ml milk powder

In a saucepan, boil milk and cinnamon powder and then leave the milk on simmer to let the cinnamon flavour infuse in the milk.

Now add cream, chopped chocolate and sugar to milk. Keep stirring the hot chocolate on low flame till the chocolate is completely melted and a dark brown colour is achieved.

Once the chocolate is melted, turn the flame to high and let the hot chocolate boil (just one boil, this will immediately thicken the hot chocolate) continuously keep stirring. Turn off the flame, serve it and top with cocoa powder and cinnamon powder.
