Garlic Butter Mushrooms is a quick and delicious restaurant-style starter made with buttery sautéed mushrooms, garlic, simple seasonings, and a fresh lemon finish. Perfect as a snack, side dish, or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Button Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter (or ghee)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them evenly.

    Heat butter and olive oil in a pan until the butter melts.

    Add minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release water.
