Ingredients
- 1 kg red carrots
- 4 tablespoon(s) ghee/oil
- 1 little Saffron
- 10 -12 Almonds
- 10 -12 Almonds
- 1 cup Raisins
- 200 grams Sugar
- 100 grams Homemade mawa (Khoya)
- 1 teaspoon Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)

- 1 cups milk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

Peel and wash the carrots.

Cut the carrots into 3-4 parts.

Heat a pressure cooker with ghee and add the chopped carrots.

Fry the carrots for 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat.

Add saffron threads and salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Close the lid of the cooker and cook until 2-3 whistles.

Heat a pan with ghee and fry cashew nuts and almonds.
