
Fudge brownie | How to make brownies

Ingredients
- 200 gms butter (or ghee)
- 200 gms dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup Brown Bread
- 4 tsp cocoa powder

In a bowl, add chopped 200 grams of dark chocolate and 1/4 cup butter and bring it to melt. Once it has melted, let it cool aside.

In another bowl, add 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup of brown/coconut sugar. Add 3 eggs and whisk well until creamy. Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla essence and to this add the chocolate butter mix.

Mix well and add 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 4 tbsp cocoa powder (sieve and add).

Grease a pan with butter, line with parchment paper and brush another layer of butter over the parchment paper. Pour the batter in the greased pan.

Bake at 180° C in a pre heated oven for 30 mins.

Your Fudge brownie cake is ready. Cut it in medium pieces and Enjoy!!!
