Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 cups Brown Bread
- 1/2 cup Curds (yogurt)
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 Raw potatoes
- 2 bowl Olive Oil

Take 1/2 tsp dry yeast in a small bowl and let it bubble in hot water. To this add salt and sugar.

In a mixing bowl, take 2 boiled and mashed potatoes, add 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup curd and mix well. Add the yeast mixture and 2 tbsp oil to it and make a dough. Cover with a damp cloth.

After 3 hours, add 1 tbsp oil and punch the dough again. Keep it covered with the cloth for another 3-4 hours. Once you are ready to cook, fry them like puris in hot oil!
