
Chocolate Cup Cake | How to make chocolate cup cake

Try this lovely chocolate cup recipe. This is easy to make and can be enjoyed by one and all.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter (or ghee)
- 2 tbsp almonds and pistachios - 1
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 gms dark chocolate
- 50 gms powdered sugar
- 50 gms butter (or ghee)
- 100 ml heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbsp vanilla essence
- 50 ml milk powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions

Take 2 eggs in a bowl. Whisk them well.

Add sugar,1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp salt, melted butter 50 gm, 50 ml luke warm milk and mix them well

Take 2/3 cup maida, 1/3 cup coca powder, 2 tbsp almond powder, 1 tsp baking powder in a sieving bowl

Sieve the ingredients in the bowl.

Mix everything well together.

Add the mixture in frosting cups.

Pre heat oven at 160 degrees for 10 min. Bake the mixture in the oven for 20 min.

Frosting Recipe: Take 100 gms dark chocolate in a pan. Add 50 gms powdered sugar, 50 gms butter, 100 ml whipping cream ,1/4 tbsp vanilla essence in a bowl

Mix everything together and melt it at low flame

Refrigerate for 3 hrs.

Add the mixture to a piping bag and decorate the cup cakes with chocolate frosting. Your cup cakes are ready. Enjoy!!
