Caramelized Sesame Carrots

Ingredients
- 5 carrot red carrots
- 1 tsp Whole Coriander
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp thyme leaf
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Place carrots in a baking dish or tray and drizzle with olive oil, date syrup, coriander salt & pepper.

Roast for 10 mins then toss and put back till done. The edges should be caramelized and tender inside after another 20-30 mins.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and thyme over. Adjust seasoning.

You can also drizzle my orange tahini yogurt over.
