Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter (or ghee)
  • 1 tbsp Brown Bread
  • 0.25 cup Cheese Slices
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup baby corn
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1.5 cups milk powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

    In a pan, add 2 tbsp butter and let it heat. Then add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour, mix so that no lumps are formed.

    Add 1.5 cups of milk, a little at a time and keep stirring continuously.

    Then add 1/4 cup of grated cheese and keep stirring. Add salt as per taste, pepper powder, chilli flakes and italian seasoning

    Arrange the canapés on a baking tray, add some finely chopped veggies (boiled corn, tomato, bell peppers, capsicum).

    Then add the prepared white sauce. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning and chilli flakes.

    Heat in the microwave for just a minute and they are ready to be served!
