Bread Gulab Jamun | How to make make Gulab Jamun Indian Dessert

Bread Gulab Jamun is the easier version of the normal gulab jamun that we make. Do Give it a try.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 4 white bread
  • 1/2 tsp rose essence
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Saffron
  • 1/4 cup milk powder

Instructions

    Cut the corners of 4 slices of white bread. Cut them into smaller pieces.

    Add 1/4 cup milk into it and make a dough.

    Shape them into small balls

    Deep fry the bread balls until golden brown and

    In a pan, take 1.5 cups of water and add 1 cup sugar to it. Add a few drops of rose essence, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and some saffron strands and let it boil. Add the hot fried bread balls in the sugar syrup immediately. Stir gently and let them soak for about an hour.
