Ingredients
- 500 gms gram flour
- 1 tsp Spinach
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients together and knead a soft dough using water (like chapati dough).

Add a tbsp of oil to the dough and mix well.

Rub a bit of oil in your hands. Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a log and gently place in the greased sev maker vessel.

Press out thin strands of the sev into the hot oil, a few at a time and deep fry on a low flame till it’s color is changed from all the ends.

Drain them on an absorbent paper and enjoy.
