Ingredients
- 2 cups gram flour
- 250 grams powdered sugar
- 1.25 cups milk powder

Instructions

Roast the gram flour for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.

Let it cool slightly then add milk, cream and mix well.

Cover and leave it to rest for 5-7 minutes so that the gram flour swells well.

Heat ghee in a pan, add the gram flour mixture and roast until all moisture is gone.

Roast on medium flame for about 10-12 minutes or until fragrant.

Add remaining ghee and mix well to roast for another 20-25 minutes.

Turn off the gas and let it cool down completely.

Add sugar powder, cardamom powder and mix well.

If laddu is not binding add more ghee and mix well.
