Besan Ladoo is eaten in every Indian home. Along with being a great dessert, the acacia gum (gond) is extremely healthy for your bones.

Ingredients

  • 500 gms gram flour
  • 250 gms ghee/oil
  • 400 gms Sugar
  • 50 gms Gond

Instructions

    Mix ghee and gram flour and roast

    Keep roasting till the mixture turn golden brown

    At this stage, add acacia gum in the mixture and continue roasting the till it is brown in colour.

    Let the mixture cool down and add sugar and mix well.

    Equally divide the mixture and shape them as round balls
