Drop some fresh baby corns in boiling water and cook for 3-4 mins.
In a bowl, take some hung curd, add 1 tbsp besan, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well.
Coat the baby corns with the masala mixture. Marinate and freeze for about an hour.
Insert toothpicks and shallow fry in a tawa brushed with little oil until cooked on all sides.
Sprinkle some peri-peri masala and serve hot.
