Atte ka Ladoo is eaten in every Indian home. Along with being a great dessert, the acacia gum (gond) is extremely healthy for your bones.

Ingredients

  • 500 gms wheat flour
  • 400 gms Sugar
  • 300 gms ghee/oil
  • 50 gms Gond

Instructions

    Mix ghee and whole wheat flour and roast till light brown in colour.

    At this stage, add acacia gum and chopped almonds in the mixture and continue roasting the till it is brown in colour.

    Let the mixture cool down and add sugar and mix well. Equally divide the mixture and shape them as laddos and enjoy.
