Here comes an easy yet tasy recipe, Aloo (Potato) Tuk. You just need some potatoes, oil and few spices, thats it. Have this snack in the evening with tea or coffee. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp mango powder
- 100 ml cooking oil
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 200 gm Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder

Boil the baby potatoes without peeling the skin. Using a small bowl, press them lightly.

Sprinkle with the seasoning.

For the seasoning mix coriander powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and salt.
