In a mixing bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Add 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup badam or almond powder (grind 10-15 almonds), 1/2 cup milk powder, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda.

Mix well and add 1/4 cup milk to form a mixture.

Pour in a greased mould

Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven.

Your Almond cake is ready. Garnish with almond flakes !
