Ingredients
- 0.5 cup almonds and pistachios - 1
- 0.5 cups Milk Powder - 3 tablespoons
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.25 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 cup butter (or ghee)
- 0.5 cup powdered sugar
- 0.75 cup Brown Bread
- 0.25 cup milk powder

In a mixing bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Add 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup badam or almond powder (grind 10-15 almonds), 1/2 cup milk powder, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda.

Mix well and add 1/4 cup milk to form a mixture.

Pour in a greased mould

Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven.

Your Almond cake is ready. Garnish with almond flakes !
