Ingredients

  • 500 gms Raw Mango
  • 50 gms coriander - 1 finely chopped
  • 250 gms Misri (Jaggery/Sugar)
  • 2 tsp Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Boil the raw mango; peel and pulp out the raw mango.

    Add jaggery to the raw mango pulp and boil it just enough to dissolve the jaggery in the mango pulp.

    Grind the mint leaves and add the mint pulp to the raw mango mixture.

  4. 4

    Lastly, add salt; cumin powder and black salt to the mango pulp.

  5. 5

    While serving, add 1 table-spoon of prepared mango pulp and mix it with water and ice-cubes.
