Dry roast the sago khichdi in a pan on medium flame for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
Cool down the roasted sago khichdi completely and grind it into fine powder.
Peel 2 raw potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Grind the potato pieces along with ginger, green chilies, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and rock salt in a blender jar until they are very fine.
Add 3-4 spoons of water to grind the mixture.
Mix everything well and add roasted peanuts coarsely ground.
Clean your hands and apply a little ghee for a bath.
Take small portions on your hands and make small pakoras by making it slightly even.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the pakoras on medium flame until they get a light golden color.
