Dry roast sago khichdi on medium flame for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
Cool down the sago khichdi completely.
Make fine powder of sago khichdi in blender jar.
Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.
Grind potatoes, ginger, green chilies, coriander, cumin, black pepper, rock salt, and roasted peanuts in blender jar until they are very fine.
Apply a little ghee on your hands and make small pakoras of the mixture.
Heat oil in pan to medium hot temperature. Fry pakoras for 2 minutes then turn them upside down and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
