Sweet potato chaat
Instructions
Take a pressure cooker, add in water and sweet potatoes. Cover the lid and take it off once they are properly cooked (around 5-7 whistles). Skin them and slice them up.
In a serving plate or bowl, place the sliced potato, add chopped onion and tomato and green chillies. Sprinkle some chaat masala, then add green and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle some red chilli powder. Garnish it with fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds.
(You can also add beaten curd, masala chana and peanuts.)
