Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add some salt and add the spaghetti. Stir occasionally until cooked. This may take about 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a pasta bowl.
In a pan, heat 1/2 cup olive oil. Add 6 cloves of finely chopped garlic and some cherry tomatoes cut into halves. Keep stirring until the garlic turns golden brown. Remove from heat and add 3 tbsp of pasta water to this.
Take the boiled spaghetti in a serving bowl. Sprinkle some chili flakes, black pepper powder and Italian seasoning. Pour in the olive oil and garlic, sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley and vegan parmesan.
