Navratri Special Sabudana Vada
Instructions
Peel and grate the raw potatoes using a thin hole grater.
Wash the Sabudana in water, rubbing it with light hands, 3-4 times until the extra starch comes out completely.
Soak the grated potatoes and washed Sabudana in water for 5 minutes.
Drain the excess water and mix with green chilies, curry leaves, ginger paste, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, rock salt, coriander, peanut powder, and Rajgira Kaanta.
