Take 1 litre milk in pan. Boil it on high flame for 30 min.
Stir the milk continuously(this is important) or else the milk will burn. After some time, you will notice that the milk starts becoming thick.
You will see the cream on the side of the pan. You should scratch the cream and add it back to the milk
Try to scrape all the cream from all sides of the pan.
After some time, all the cream will come together as shown in the image.
Let the Mawa cool down. Your Mawa is ready. You can use it while preparing any dessert or sweet dish. We have lots of recipes which make use the Mawa. Enjoy!!!
