About
Avacado is extremely good of health contrary to the belief that it makes you fat. It actually contains a lot of good fats which are both essential and beneficial to your body. Try this recipe with chips and or you can also have it by itself
Instructions
Add finely chopped onion, green peppers, tomato, cilantro in a bowl.
Mash a ripe avocado and add it to this mixture.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.
