Take 1.5 cups of wheat flour in a bowl
Add 4-5 crushed garlic to it.
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder to it.
Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, black 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder to the mixture.
Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves to the mixture
Start adding water to the mixture. We need to prepare a medium thick batter for our garlic paratha.
Keep adding water to the flour till the time you get medium thick consistency. The batter should not be watery but it should not be extremely thick as well.
Cover the batter with a plater for a few minutes.
Time to prepare chutney for our garlic paratha. Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise in a bow.
Add green chutney to it.
Mix everything together. Our chutney is ready.
We will now prepare parathas using the batter we just made. Take 1 tsp oil or ghee in a pan.
Add the batter to the pan. Spread it on the pan.
The paratha will start cooking. Spread some oil on the paratha.
Cook the paratha from both sides.
Your paratha is almost ready.
Your Paratha will baloon up. This is an indication that your paratha is ready.
Serve your garlic parathas hot with the chutney we prepared. Enjoy!!!
