Peel and wash the carrots.
Cut the carrots into 3-4 parts.
Heat a pressure cooker with ghee and add the chopped carrots.
Fry the carrots for 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat.
Add saffron threads and salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Close the lid of the cooker and cook until 2-3 whistles.
Heat a pan with ghee and fry cashew nuts and almonds.
Add raisins to the pan and fry for 15-20 seconds.
Add fried cashews, almonds, and raisins to the halwa mixture.
Mix well and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and nutmeg, mix well.
