Add All purpose flour (Maida) in a pan
Add water to the mixture
Add milk to the mixture and mix well
Cook until the mixture is thick
Take Warm water in small bowl
Add Sugar to the mixture
Add yeast and rest the mixture for 10 mins
Take one big bowl and add All purpose flour
Add Salt and Baking Powder to the mixture and mix well
Add flour paste to the mixture and mix
Now, Add Yeast solution which was made earlier
Add milk powder and form dough
Add Soft butter on top of dough and mix well
Grease the bowl with oil and add the Dough in it
Rest the dough for 1 hour
After that, stretch and knead the dough for 15 mins
Now, again add oil to grease the bowl and rest the dough in it for 1 hour
Now, Boil sweet corn
Take a pan and add oil in it
Add Green Chilies and Garlic and fry
Add Chopped Onion and fry it till the mixture turns light Golden brown
Add Mashed Paneer to the mixture and mix well
Add Salt, Basil and Parsley to the mixture and mix
Add boiled corn and mix well
Now, Add butter on top of dough and mix well
Divide the Dough
Grease the tray
Take one dough part and make a small tortilla and add the stuffing in it and fold it nicely and repeat the same process for others
Add all the stuffed balls in the tray and grease the top of it with butter
Cover the tray with cloth for 30 mins
Grease the top of stuffed balls with milk wash
Sprinkle sesame seed and cinnamon powder
Bake at 210 degree Celsius for 12-15 mins
After baking, grease with melted butter on top of it
Serve the Paneer and corn buns
