Instructions
Take 1/2 litre milk
Take 100 sugar in a bowl
Take 1/2 tsp baking soda to it
Take the milk in a pan and start boiling the milk.
Add the sugar and baking soda mixture to the milk
Keep stirring the milk continuously(this is important) or else the milk will burn. You can lower the flame to medium.
You will see the color of the milk has changed a bit due to the sugar being cooked. Check the consistency of the milk.
Let the milk cool down. You can store it in the refrigerator and use it in different dishes.
