Take 3 tbsp butter which needs to be soft
Add 3 chopped green chilies to the mixture. Add 3 cloves chopped garlic to it. Do not use garlic paste
We have used unsalted butter for this recipe hence adding 1/4 tsp salt to the mixture. If you are using salted to butter, you can add less salt or no salt according to your taste.
Mix everything together. Since the butter is soft, it is easy to mix everything together.
Take 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper in a bowl.
Add 100 gms of cheese grated to it. You can use any cheese. Make sure the cheese is at room temperature or else it will take a lot of time to melt when we are roasting the bread. Add 2 tsp chopped cilantro to the mixture.
Add salt to taste, 1/2 tsp seasoning, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp chilly flakes to the mixture.
Mix everything together.
We will take 4 slices of bread
Lightly Roast the bread on the pan from one side.
Do not overcook the bread.
Spread the butter mixture on the toasted side of the bread.
Add the cheese mixture to the toast
Place the uncooked toast in a pan.
Cover it from top and let it cook on low flame for about 10 min. Make sure to not turn the flame high or else the bread will burn.
Your cheese chilly toast is ready. Enjoy!!!
