Heat a pressure cooker and add mustard oil.
Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, whole spices, onions, dried red chilies, potatoes, green chilies, tomato, salt, garam masala, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Kitchen King Masala, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, ginger garlic paste and dry fenugreek leaves.
Fry the mixture on medium to high flame until the onions turn golden brown.
Add green peas and roast for 2-3 minutes on medium to high flame while stirring in between.
Add water to the gravy and close the lid of the cooker.
Cook it on medium flame until it whistles, then turn off the gas and remove the lid after letting the pressure come out completely.
Serve hot garnished with finely chopped coriander.
